Our Property Journey
- We have 25 years of experience in property investment
In 1999 I purchase our first property at the age of 24. It was in a small town south of Batemans Bay. Since then, our personal properties have expanded into a large and diversified portfolio.
We started with ‘buy and hold’ properties and then ventured into small developments and built granny flats on our existing properties. Our most significant development which was on a 2000m2 block. We developed a set of 4 townhouses, a duplex, and renovated the existing house into a dual-occupancy property.
In 2018, we ventured into commercial property. Back then yield for commercial property was 10% in certain areas. This gave us a great boost in cash flow.
We have proven results for our clients
- We have purchased multiple properties for our clients over different States.
Properties purchased span New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, and Western Australia. Being aware of property trends and the current climate helps us strategically buy properties at the right time and in the right location.
- We believe in education and educating our clients to make informed decisions
Throughout our property investment journey, we continued to educate ourselves through paid courses and ‘took action’ with the newly found knowledge we had acquired. We are true believers in education with action. We have always been avid readers of all things property investment related. Over the years, having watched property prices rise and fall, we have noticed an obvious trend to property prices.

We are passionate about property investment
Having achieved our financial goals through property investment we started helping close friends on their investment journey. It was then suggested, “Why don’t you guys become Buyer’s agents?” This turned out to be a great idea. What better way to keep pursuing our passion for property and helping others achieve their property goals?
What we’ve learned in the past 25 years is something that doesn’t get taught at schools. It comes with experience, from ‘taking action’ and from making mistakes. We want to pass on our experience and knowledge to allow others to build their own property portfolio and achieve their own financial goals.
